Heaven Came Down Creations uses the information you send only to review your request, contact you, prepare a quote or invoice, and make and ship an accepted order.

What the forms collect

• Your name, email address, optional phone number, contact preference, and shipping or billing address.
• Your journal choices, written instructions, page plan, and any photos or PDF reference files you choose to attach.
• Basic security information used by Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam.

How the information travels

Cloudflare protects and processes the online form. The completed request is delivered to the shop’s verified Microsoft-hosted email inbox at bethfowler@live.com. Information and attachments may remain in that inbox until they are manually deleted.

Your files and permission

You keep ownership and copyright in your files. Submitting a custom request gives the shop limited permission to privately review and use those files only to plan, create, and fulfill the requested journal. Nothing is posted publicly without separate permission.

Payment safety

These forms do not collect card numbers. If a request is accepted, Beth sends a separate secure invoice. Never put Social Security numbers, card details, passwords, medical records, or the only copy of an important file into an order request.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask what information the shop has or request deletion of a request and its attachments, email bethfowler@live.com. Some accepted-order information may need to be kept for ordinary shipping, payment, or recordkeeping needs.
